I understand I am establishing a learner account with the SDS Training Academy. If I do not use this account for one year, my account may be suspended. I am establishing an account because I am a provider, applicant, or individual working with Long Term Services and Supports for State of Alaska Medicaid, Infant Learning Program, and other programs. I understand that my first and last name on my account must be my legal first and last name, consisting of 2 or more letters, without titles or agency/business name.
