The SDS Harmony Data System (Harmony) is a secure web-based data management system. SDS uses it to administer programs, services, and provider certification. Certain certified and enrolled providers may submit documents and/or monitor client case work in Harmony. Courses provided on the Harmony System are intended to help new users navigate and use the system.

This is a required course for accessing the Harmony Data system. It reviews the responsibilities of a user and the forms that must be completed. Plan to spend approximately 20 minutes to complete this course.

In this training you will be orientated to the Harmony System. We will cover Navigating the Harmony Dashboard, Harmony Notes, and working with Ticklers. You will receive a certificate of completion at the conclusion of the training. Watch the recording(s) in its entirety and complete all activities in this training.

NOTICE: This course does not meet your Introduction to Harmony course requirement for access to the Harmony Data System. Introduction to Harmony is only available to specific provider types that are required to use the Harmony Data System. If you would like to take Introduction to Harmony you must email sdstraining@alaska.gov
